At Planners Creators, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@plannercreators.com

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo if item is damaged/defective

We will reply within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without an RA number.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item.
  • Original shipping fee will only be refunded if return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please request a return for refund and place a new order. This ensures accurate tracking and fastest processing.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items marked as such
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items washed, worn, or without tags

7. Late Returns
If we receive your return after the 30-day window, or without an RA number, we may refuse it or charge a restocking fee.
